Course description:  This 2 day highly interactive and engaging course will provide students with fundamental cutomer service skills and knowledge.  Students will learn:  how to communicte with customers in a professional and courteous manner, develop some key sales techniques, communication skills and knowledge.  Students will learn;  how to communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, develop some key sales techniques, communication skills and knowledge of legislation in relation to the sale of goods and services in New Zealand.
